When Dr. Ray initiated her Well, Whole, Wise group educational program a few months ago, I was an enthusiastic participant. Over the course of twelve weeks, the modules, presentation sessions, Q&A sessions, and life coaching really solidified a new way of approaching life.
This program integrates not just knowledge regarding diet and lifestyle but also provides a whole person approach to health - mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Dr. Ray provided not just educational materials, but insights gained over her lifetime into: how emotions and past experiences can block health; how your Gene Keys (a part of her personal development program) can unlock not just clarity and purpose, but a higher state of being; how your genetic makeup can influence your health but is not determinative - you can be healthy even with unhelpful genes; how sleep is a major influencer of health and how to regain restful sleep even after a lifetime of poor habits; how to repair a leaky gut and reduce inflammation; techniques for overcoming self-sabotage; and, last but not least, a ten week program for weight loss that really works - without hunger, feeling deprived, or having to exercise excessively.
I lost 15 pounds over the first six weeks of the WWW program, and finally cleared up acne that had not responded to any prior attempts at treatment. I am looking forward to the next round of the weight loss program - this can be repeated as many times as desired, and I feel it is the road to finally reaching and maintaining my optimum weight.
